Yamacraw agreement sets 100 replacement homes and a conditional right to return
The Housing Authority of Savannah and Yamacraw Resident Council reached a written agreement requiring at least 100 income-based, HUD-subsidized replacement homes, relocation help for every current household and a return opportunity for eligible residents.
