Memorial Health says site work is beginning for its $350 million Savannah campus expansion at 4700 Waters Avenue. Construction fencing went up October 5, with road and parking changes between Metts Drive and the emergency-room entrance while the ER remains open. The project adds a 90-bed patient tower, cafeteria, supply-chain loading dock and parking garage.
