Springs at Port Wentworth has started leasing 240 studio through three-bedroom apartments at Highway 21 and Rice Mill Road. Continental Properties says initial move-ins are expected in late 2026 after the clubhouse and first residential building are complete. The development also dedicates more than 47 acres for future public use and preserves most of its 75.6-acre tract.

Why it matters

The project adds rental supply to a fast-growing industrial corridor while setting aside most of the tract for preservation and future public use.
