MPC staff recommends approval with conditions of SEDA's request to rezone 906 Drayton Street and 905 Abercorn Street from TN-1 to TC-2 for office use.
The rezoning could support office infill across two SEDA-owned parcels in the Victorian Historic District, while staff's conditions would limit uses to the narrower TC-1 list and cap the building footprint at 7,500 square feet.
What to watch
The Planning Commission may consider the request October 27; any development would also require Historic Preservation Commission review.
