ECI Group opened residential pre-leasing for The Averly Richmond Hill on November 2. The $60 million community includes 243 apartments and 48 townhomes; its clubhouse is due to open November 17, with move-in dates still upcoming.

Why it matters

Pre-leasing moves a 291-home mixed-use project from construction into its first resident-facing phase near I-95, adding apartments, larger townhomes and 3.5 acres of pad-ready retail sites to Richmond Hill's growing commercial corridor.

What to watch

The clubhouse is scheduled to open November 17. Watch for the first move-ins and a later first-party confirmation that construction is complete.
